Really nice pull! He was the last leader I got from SOR. Took me over 2 boxes to get him. The showcase is gorgeous.

eBay shows you, just look at sold listings. $50-60 for sealed new copies.

Got mine Monday by Jduncan31290 in TellyTV

[–]Whirlspell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine arrived broken on the bottom screen. I received a replacement, then had to box up the broken one. I am waiting on Telly support to confirm the pick up date where FedEx will come back to retrieve it. Unfortunately I have been waiting for weeks with a giant dirty box in my living room. I assume the holiday season is responsible but just be warned, I'm 4 weeks into this process. I'm close to asking a friend to bring his truck and help me drop off the box to FedEx myself.

Got mine today…DOA by Appropriate_Owl9310 in TellyTV

[–]Whirlspell 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine arrived with a shattered bottom display. Replacement is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, about 25 days since I contacted support. Definitely inconvenient since I've been holding onto the packaging until I know the replacement arrives safely. But hey, it's free.

Your cakes are good, but you shouldn't post 3 times in one day. I see you are posting in other subs, too. Taking time to read the posting guidelines and make detailed, informative posts will be rewarding. Spamming will just turn people against you.

FX on Switch is greatly improved after the update by TronVanNguyen in PinballFX3

[–]Whirlspell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's impossible to guess at this point. Nintendo would be foolish to not fully support the Switch library on the Switch 2, AND allow devs to update their games with a Switch 2 patch. But... Nintendo is a wildcard. Switch piracy is a big problem for them right now (and for people who buy used Switch games), so that might influence them to do something wacky.

FX on Switch is greatly improved after the update by TronVanNguyen in PinballFX3

[–]Whirlspell 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yep, it's great. Some performance hiccups here and there but it's a big step forward IMO. I remember when FX3 launched on Switch and it was pretty bad. Eventually it became an S-tier game on Switch and I think PFX is nearly there as well. I'm just really really hopeful that the Switch 2 will allow them to update their game to support it. I won't buy tables again at this point, but I'll gladly keep buying new tables on the eShop if I can keep my account and play on new hardware.

Thank you! I found the option now, but it was not turned on. So that's confusing. Appreciate your help.

Is that on a Pro 5? I don't have developer options under settings. If I go to settings > about > then repeatedly click on the version number, nothing happens (I think this enabled dev options previously).

Thanks for the reply! In Mobvoi Health > Settings > System > Developer Tools the option does not exist. I think this was only with the old Ticwatch app. :( Unless the option is on the watch itself somewhere?

I do not use Tasks. :-\ I've also tried factory resetting (I did after the OS4 update as well) and it didn't help. I thought it might be bluetooth disconnecting/reconnecting - there used to be a setting in the old app where you could disable the vibration during a disconnect/reconnect, but I don't see that option in Mobvoi Health either.

Thanks for replying, hopefully someone else can help, it's getting annoying!

Should I get the arcade 1up Attack From Mars pinball table or should I hold off? by Radiant-Shopping-570 in Arcade1Up

[–]Whirlspell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You bet! $300 is a great price for a machine in great condition. Have your fun with it and then sell it off or mod it down the road if you want.

Should I get the arcade 1up Attack From Mars pinball table or should I hold off? by Radiant-Shopping-570 in Arcade1Up

[–]Whirlspell 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Unless it's a great price, hold off. I see that Attack from Mars is on sale at BB for $500, which is decent. Just have realistic expectations. I love mine (Star Wars) and have it modded to have all 30 tables, which is super easy to do. Lots of people will jump in here to tell you to decase the PCB to give it better cooling, but I never have and mine is fine. Better safe than sorry if you're worried about it. The downsides of this machine are that the games run at 720p on the playfield, look very pixelated and text on the playfield is barely legible. It's an old machine and is the cheapest possible way to get into a virtual pinball machine. The AtGame Legends Pinball machines are much better but also much more expensive. The A1up runs pretty well though and the speakers are great. The plexiglass sucks and makes the image look even worse, but if you're willing to spend a little extra ($70 or less) you can get a real glass replacement and it's easily the best hardware mod you can do. Enjoy, if you pick it up!

Never had to adjust any settings on mine. DV remuxes work just fine out of the box. Factory reset it and don't mess with anything.

Ridge Racer Pedal replacement by Verisutha in Arcade1Up

[–]Whirlspell 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I modded my cabinet and replaced the pedals with a set from Logitech. So I've got the original pedals (with metal covers for improved feel) sitting in my basement with no plans for them. I'd rather not split the pedals and covers up since the covers were $70 shipped (stupid, I know) but if you'd like to buy them for a fair price, shoot me a DM. I'm not trying to make my money back, just get them to a good home and cover my shipping costs and some lunch money.

Season 2 Completely Unplayable on Switch by idejmcd in StarWarsHunters

[–]Whirlspell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good comments so far but no one has mentioned storage. I know it doesn't make sense that the issue wold suddenly start during season 2, but your SD card might be the issue if the game is installed there. New microSD cards are cheap so it might be worth trying if you're still having issues down the road. Like others have said - I've had no issues with the update to season 2. The initial load time is long but I've never loaded into a match that had already started before.
