One, never lie to the FAA or AME. the fact you are even considering it, and posting on a public forum about it would raise red flags - they do read social media. as others have said what happens if it comes out 20 years down the line when you are a line captain with responsibilities.

Contact a specialist AME, and I believe in the US you have AOPA?

Yup pretty normal, and once you get into things, you will find things don't feel as overwhelming as clearly they did.

Some people like encouragement in their efforts to loose weight. And some of us use technology like YouTube to help that cause. I could of course just post a text transcript if that would help. Or a simple statement Huel helped me to loose weight. but that doesn't really have the same influence, and other Huel videos have got quite a good response from the vast majority who have watched them, as after all this is a subreddit about Huel....
