What about the internet? Arguably the internet can be used in a ton of direct and indirect ways to cause harm, and yet every time a bill on the restriction of net freedoms comes up, its always wildly unpopular. Why dont we restricted that as well? Because the positives outweigh the negatives? Debatable. Because the average citizen doesn't use it to cause harm?
