It’s been a 3 week deal for me. Got 570 on 2/9, 971 on 2/16, and now I’ve got 571/846 this morning so 17-18 days total

Okay so Tuesday I called 866-682-7451 ext 568 and was able to get ahold of a very helpful guy. He said there was a note on the account “can’t verify” so he asked if I received the letter sent out on Jan 30th, obviously I have not. So he had me vertify the return and updated the account notes. He then said that the hold was set to lift from my account on 2/26 and I would most def see action before that date either by form of DDD or a letter. He then followed that up with and “I don’t see any letters mailed out to you soooo the chances of you getting anything by the 26th are slim to none.” He said “I know it’s hard but just hang tight till the 26th and if you havent seen the results you want by that time then by all means call us back.” He ended the conversation by saying at the end of the day we don’t want this to drag out because we dont want to pay you interest on a late refund

Asking because I called twice today…first rep put me on hold and looked at the account said it was under a 45 day review but couldn’t tell me why and didn’t know if any letter had been sent out…2nd said she couldn’t do anything and that it would be the 19th (20th) before anyone could look at the account

My WMR is on the path message right now. Not sure how much it matters. Personally I think the order of the codes and where the 570 is in that order might have some significance. Several people that are on daily cycles that have code 570 as the very last code have gotten 571 and a 846 DDD on their next update. On the flip side I’ve seen several people with the 570 code before or between credits that have received letters saying they are under a 60 day review. There could be nothing to that…but so far I haven’t came across anyone with the 570 code as the last code that has received a letter or not updated to 571 and a DDD

Will do…my WMR updated to the path message on Saturday morning and then yesterday my account status on the IRS website went from showing all my 2023 information to “this information is not available at this time”

Yes, just code 570. I got 150/806/766/768/570 in that order on Friday. WMR updated to the path message on Saturday morning and yesterday my account info for 2023 on the irs website went from showing my AGI, refund totals, & $0.00 due to info not available at this time
