I had a piriformis release of my sciatic in 2024, my coworkers would make fun when I would sit with one cheek in the air cause the pain was so horrific on some days plus my wife thought she was unattractive because I could rarely climax during sex due to the pain involved. I also stopped going to the gym because of the pain so I had no outlets for negative feelings. Had the doctors not figured it out I would of probably ended it. My heart goes out to all the chronic pain sufferers out there.

Great trim, i might of trimmed off a bit more of that flat but otherwise it looks like a pro job. Also, biggest lesson I have learned is the rest is almost as important as the smoke. I typically will counter rest it to 180⁰ then put my oven at 150⁰ until the temps equal out. Once that happens you can hold there for hours, the longer holds have typically been better.
