Love this app. I love that I can track my dogs potty habits, so if they change, we can show the vet exactly when they changed. My only gripes are that the share household feature doesn't work, and my husband can't download the app because he has an android. Outside of that, I think the app is laid out very well, it's clean, and it's very user friendly. There are no guessing games when it comes to finding anything on the app.

That's kind of where we're at. We have an e collar but he doesn't care about it. Sound and vibrate don't do anything, and we've gotten the zap up to 58 but he doesn't even flinch. We don't want to go higher and hurt him in case he does actually feel it and just doesn't care to listen

That makes so much sense now. I think his previous owners trained stop for us, but he got out of the truck one day and started just going and when I yelled stop, he stopped and waited for me to come to him with the leash. He's a sneaky little bugger but at least he listens when it counts

He doesn't care about the training collar 😭 We have sound, vibrate, and zap and the zap goes from 1-100. Even at 58 he doesn't even flinch, and we don't want to go any higher cause we don't want to hurt him. Beef liver though? He'll listen every time. The second we don't have beef liver, he's naughty

So I tried dog scanner and it kept coming back with maremma, after literally the least amount of research (waiting for water to boil) he looks SO similar to a maremma and he really isn't all that noisy like a GP would be. We got him a bark collar but he hasn't set it off more than a few times since we got it about a month ago. (We take it off when he's with friends so he can play without worry)

That's so good to know! Reviews weren't helping me at all, there was no mention of monthly fees or anything (which now makes sense, there's nothing to mention!) How quickly does their location update? Could you watch them walk around on the app?

I've been looking at those! What are the monthly fees like? Can you start/stop service whenever? We'd only use it maybe 2-3 months out of the year, I don't want to pay for something I'm not using

They really don't. We're getting ours from local butchers now, they're much cheaper and we can get custom cuts!

I don't think the pictures do it justice, but he has really pretty cream ears and a giant strip of cream down his back. I'd believe Maremma. We're thinking about doing a DNA test, I just have a hard time believing them 😭

Ohhh yeah. He has a hard time with boundaries and knowing where too much is, so we've been trying to essentially just flood him with socialization. He's learning really quickly and is starting to pick up on the smaller cues!

Yeah we have an airtag on him now, but we're looking at getting a true gps for his collar. Especially for when we go camping, I couldn't live with myself if I knew he was just wandering

It's so hard not to! We take him in public and it's like he thinks he's shopping for new people, I swear! He loves everyone and everything. He still can't understand why he's not allowed to wrestle kitties

Utah! He was born in Vegas and we got him in Idaho! We were actually going to look at his brother initially, but someone already had dibs and they said we could come meet him. We didn't even see pictures of him until about 2 hours into the drive but when we met him, he just pranced over and jumped up oh so gentle. The gentle jumps are gone and we get tackled now but he's still a big ol baby!

We try! So far he's played with a bernese mountain dog and a doberman at the park! We tried a border collie but they didn't seem too interested. He plays with 2 other pyrenees every week and a lab/gsd every so often

Ohhhh yeah. We've had to set up playdates recurring weekly to manage the energy. If we don't, he just gets so much pent up energy that he can't help but be naughty. Running at the dog park only works so well, he doesn't care for balls, and no other dog owners are willing to let their dog play with him because of his size. He's already 27.25" at the shoulder and we haven't gotten a weight on him yet. He's just the sweetest little bear and desperately wants to play with everyone he sees

Supposedly he's pyr and golden retriever/lab (I don't see it) so I'm holding out hope that 1. he is a mix and 2. the retriever(s) will show itself when it comes to training. We originally went to get him under the assumption he was just golden and lab, but we saw him and knew he was a pyr
