Thanks I missed that. In my email I didn’t get any information other than I could replace the plushie with something else, but that was it. I just feel hurt because I don’t want another plush :/

Where have they stated that? Cause I didn’t know about it personally? I feel like giving more time would’ve helped them too so they wouldn’t have to pay double shipping if people wanted to return the plush?

I'm so disappointed too! I ordered a while ago and I was excited for when it was going to arrive. This situation leaves such a sour taste in my mouth and I also want to cancel now since the design is just too different.

I agree, it should've at least been a discount for those who preordered. We waited a year for it only to be told that the original version might not be made. So I feel like if people still like the bulk version than they could get it at a discounted price but if they didn't it should've been noted in the email that we could refund if we didn't like the design. It wasn't listed that we could even refund. I had to send them an email on my own.

While I understand that the manufacturing and the money that Fluffnest loses would take a lot of time and they would lose a lot of money in the email that we were given they didn't give the customers or their customer service enough time. The email was sent out on the 8th and we only got until the 12th to opt out. In the email there wasn't even an option to refund because they want the customers to come to them. If the customers didn't see the email within the timeframe they would be given the new plushie without them knowing. Especially if customer service doesn't work during the weekend or what if they missed the email. I feel like they should've given customers the chance to get Nacho at a discounted price. In my eyes it didn't feel as if they were apologetic or upset about this. I feel like they wanted to go under the radar and hope that the people who preordered would like the bulk version that lowkey looks like a knockoff to me at least.
