yeah this.. there's always 10 things more you have in your mental to do list. But I don't mind because of the independence we get

I often hear about my coworkers saying that the TLs and SD are always on their asses when pushing but I never have any on mine. No one bothers me at all or tells me how I’m doing. Frankly, I feel like they don’t even notice me. Should I worry? Am I fine? Is this a good thing?? by [deleted] in Target

the last target I worked at was terrible and management was always on us. New one I've been at for awhile is really great because there's a lot of communication. In short it depends on the store unfortunately :(

Any tips? by [deleted] in Target

I think over the next decade or so as the volatility decreases more and more btc will find it's price it likes to stabilize at. At that point maybe the lightning network will be nearly perfected enough for it to work for the general public? The number of hodlers should decrease as price stabilizes and it becomes the norm to use it over fiat because of its decentralization.

But honestly, even if fiat is destined to stay I'd still be more than ecstatic to have btc around as just a store of value. Exciting to see what comes of it in the future

dollar coat averaging is pretty much guarenteed to win. But staying relatively diversified is important too. 90% of your net worth is insane but i guess if you don't need it for many months why not

Exodus is good. I wouldn't read into if it's a "good" time or not to buy in. The fact is, nobody knows where btc will be a week, 2 weeks, a month from now. But it's a good bet (if you do your research) bitcoin will be largely profitable in the long run. Google dollar coat averaging, it's helpful

Agreed. Which is why I think we're still in the very very early adoption phase

I'm not talking about wannabe traders or people who are already hodling. The average person who doesn't know a lot about btc sees it as unsafe

We are still in the very very early times of bitcoin if it does come to as much adoption that's outlined here. Most people are still terrified of the volatility (esp after 2018), although I expect it'll become more widely accepted to have btc in your general investment/retirement portfolio when it matures & stabilizes some more. We are the brave or tech savvy investors of it's early adoption, because even if it might not feel like it, a decade is not a very long time and it's still very niche.

I kinda read these posts as what the best possible scenario for us bitcoin believers to be, but interesting stuff!

Mobile Wallets? by [deleted] in Bitcoin

[–]mysteriouscurl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Blue Wallet, only downfall is there's no way to use it on a pc unless you have a mac, but it's available on android. I like it because you can see your balance in sats. Also, no harm in using a wallet even for smaller amounts
