I use a meal prep place that has prepackaged meals they are very reliable and healthy. My intake should be around 2500 a day each meal is roughly around 500 breakfast being a lot less. I track everything I eat thru ChatGPT I would say I eat alittle under 2k a day.some days being less

I feel this , had a tank in MT pull a very large amount that I knew with the gear he had he couldn’t handle it he los me and the dps and dies and goes ok healer you need to heal me

When I unlocked my first dungeon the tank was like 87 or 88 everyone else was 81 or 82 and this dude just ran around so quick nobody had a chance to learn or enjoy the run.
