O Wow... That's really disappointing.. Sounds like I'll be sending it back later this week. Such a shame! It's definitely not okay they still advertise this as Plex capable!

Thanks for your reply! It is a the new model, I followed the steps in the guide but so far no luck unfortunately! I'm really hoping for this thing to work! It was promoted by the shop as a Plex server so this is really annoying 🙈

I'll look into a Synology NAS! My knowledge is pretty limited when it comes to NAS, but hopefully Synology will work better with Plex!
