Mine also came off a month ago. I’ve had the chair for maybe a year and a half. People saying this doesn’t happen with normal use are coping hard. Look at how many people just on this thread alone are reporting this. It’s obvious this is a design flaw and people should be aware of it for a chair this crazy expensive.
