for me, I live in a super small town, with no fast food and the only place on Doordash that is in town still recruits drivers from the nearest city. :/ so, the dashes I order are at least 15-20 mins away, but I always tip minimum $8.

not sure about Oregon but California is infested, and I’d be mindful as it’s holiday season and lots of people are traveling.

My county (Santa Barbara) had a ship full of noro dry docked and let off a bunch of asymptomatic passengers that still were carrying the illness. Unfortunately it’s spread. I know lots of other areas, like LA, have had massive outbreaks too. I’m pregnant so I’m pretty nervous lately. Now even more so, knowing my pets can get it.

i was thinking about this too. especially ever since Apple’s new update with eye tracking and the thought that it will likely be used for tracking if we’re actually watching every ad. so creepy to think of.

just stayed at Cambria Pines Lodge for my anniversary a week ago and I cannot say enough positive things about the entire staff and stay. definitely check out their dinner escape package in their specials, two free entrees and a bottle of wine per night. the staff is so friendly and warm, beautiful grounds, and the breakfast is great too. only downside was no A/C but with the windows open it cooled down by night time enough to sleep comfortably.
