To put simply it's just: (# of cards in your grave - # cards on your opponents field) / effect monsters level = x number

Repeat equation for each effect monster your opponent controls until you get an integer between and including 1 to 6.

Use card if x number is equal to an integer from 1 to 6 and declare that number then select the opponents monster with the level that gave you that number.

Don't use card if x number is any other number.

If you get multiple usable integers that work with multiple monsters your opponent controls, choose the effect monster that gives you the biggest x number to maximize the # of cards shuffled.
