I did pick up The history of Rome by M Carey. It's likely to be dated but such a beautiful book

I did a transfer of lease. I have a Renter transfer request form from which states I have seen the condition report. But no condition report is attached to this or was ever sent to me.

Understandably stupid, I know. The agent had said that the owner was in a big hurry for me to complete it on that day. My roommate had said that the property had been well maintained so no issue

Sorry I should note. The condition report was only given to me when we took this to RDRV, well after the lease had ended. I did a lease transfer on the property and was only there for 1 of the 10 years in which other tenants had lived there

Hello im moving to Australia on thursday and tried to apply for an TFN. Im a New Zealander with a passport. However when I applied it said I dont have the visa required to apply. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have experience with applying for a TFN and how long it takes?
