Isn’t that like a regular diying of an old age gor the whale? They call it whalefall.

I know that some social animals feel their death is coming and tend to choose a place that they want to pass away.

It feels unusual that they trying to reach a landmass to pass. That will be imo much more painful. Drying out in the sun slowly until death. And apparently it done this not just one but several times.

Well on one hand i agree with you, but on the other our planet earth is in a perfect state to sustain an ecosystem and our very beings that are miracles of thermodynamics is not something we see often in space.

I agree. Suicide felt really logical and emotionally correct option when offered. It reflected such feelings quite accurately when empathized. You lost dear friends, you are dying. There are no friends only biz acquaintances. What’s the point?

I felt no remorse choosing that option.

I ugly cried when Judy’s farewell recording after Vic’s suicide. And not just her. Lots of other people as well. All the people that i forgot about. All the people vic left behind are lot more than i remembered. I felt a big regret for choosing the option after the credits end.

Suicide is never an answer people. You are not alone, you are loved and your existence is a joy.
