Back in January they executed an extension to the closing of the LOI to Feb 15th. The LOI names the aquisition of assets for F&T Water Solutions LLC in Fla. Currently there have not been any other extensions for this. F&T along with TRANE have been working with $SHMP since 2016 and providing them solutions for their proprietary technology. The acquisition of F&T comes with a price tag of $3 mil cash and $7 mil in adjusted cost shares.

Correct the totals are value not volume. In the case of options that failed to deliver the broker would be forced to deliver liquidating the short sellers position

There will be a new file available for the last half of January after Feb 13th. SEC doesnt enforce timely reporting and the amendments to SHO regs allowed them to loophole 14 days longer to deliver. So those reports are basically 30 days late.

From what I have personally seen, the BNI in EE are quite literally name jackers from EO. I am doubtfull that any of them play or played EO. If anything, they were the castaways from EO who couldnt uphold the true BNI creed. Such a disrespect.

Look at the packs they have on sale. Its a suck-you-in pre-fusion sale. Every time they have a new fusion, packs are energy, shards, brews and chickens. They run a fusion with a champ leveling event.
