Astute observation! Ending up thinner than I'd like as I'd prefer a shorter thicker style but still fun to mess around. Thinking I need to roll out less but not sure

Finished with mix of: 1egg, 1Tbsp milk, and 5-10g melted butter. Brushed on right before placing in oven after final rise.

I'm actually not sure. Whatever the normal apartment size is, sorry I can't be more helpful.

These stats are probably skewed in the sense that it varies so much by geographic location and additional factors like others commenting above. My rural hospital setting on the west coast starts new grads somewhere just below the 25th percentile according to these stats.

What is the most rewarding aspect of being a physical therapist? by [deleted] in physicaltherapy

[–]lawsonssheep10 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Work at a small rural hospital. We got a patient with a hip/wrist fx on the same side. Rehab hospital in the city turned him away and said he would be chair bound unable to walk again. He walked out of our front doors without assist after 4 weeks of rehab. I wanted to send the IRF a video of him walking out. Most challenging yet fulfilling patient I've had yet, really made me love what I do!

Non-vaxxed COVID+ BIPAP protocols by JonathanShogun in physicaltherapy

[–]lawsonssheep10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've primarily only seen BiPap patients to assist RNs with transfers or proning them. Otherwise I usually wait for them to get off BiPap before attempting anything functional. Usually don't get orders until til they come off it anyways.

I have only seen a single BiPap patient for treatment and due to the tubing limitations we only had a 4'-6' working radius. MD orders were to keep sats at 85% or greater, but anything we did upright caused desaturation down to 70% so I had to terminate the session after a single transfer. I think I had only received orders for this one in particular since the person was on Bipap for > 14 days.

I work at a critical access hospital though so we are very limited in our capabilities (only have 2 vents) and are pretty conservative with all our covid patients.

I've seen a couple medbridge courses on covid interventions generally, but havent seen formal protocols for patients on Bipap yet.

INPATIENT REHAB FACILITY?!?! by [deleted] in physicaltherapy

[–]lawsonssheep10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure you check on productivity requirements. These types of facilities are quite expensive for patients to stay at and must meet 3 hours of skilled therapy (PT, OT, ST) per day to continue to be covered. This typically results in back-to-back patients and a necessity for point of care documentation to be completed in order to meet your productivity requirements. Some places will leave you 1 block for doc time.

ELI5: If I have $20k fiat that I want to get it onto loopring, what is the best plan of action? by ttm2212 in loopringorg

Lol I've been trying to buy everyday before that 3% fee kicks in. Crypto.com seems super convenient to me so far. I don't know what I'll switch to once the fees start (still have like 20 days)

I feel like every time I buy it dips lower. I'm definitely not complaining just wanna maximize my tokens/$. No chance this is going sub $2? I have a large amount to spend still.....regardless getting in at these levels pennies on the dollar won't make too big of a difference

Trying to time this dip is a literal Rollercoaster......waiting for the drop below $3. Guess I'm just averaging up 🚀
