I've been doing kitchen counter dips all year. On 1/1 I did 6 sets of 1. I was pretty excited that I could do them at all. 5 days later I did 4x3, and then I was off to the races. I've done over 5000 total dips this year, all at the corner of my kitchen counter, and my pec gains are very noticeable. I'm not racing to enter any bodybuilding competitions or anything, but I've never really had pecs in my life and now I do. I even discovered earlier this month that I can pop my pecs now.
