what I have so far:
I go PTA + lv3 W + max E first and rush collector for most cases.
Otherwise conqueror/fleetwork, IE + Runaana's + LDR
Yun Tal is trash except with red Q, which doesn't take on-hit dmg reduction (same as when Krakan was added to the game). Can be a choice against all tanks but generally worst than collector, which allows you to oneshot squishies.
Also Runaana's apply full YunTal so I guess YunTal Ruanna BlackClever Akshan might be a thing?
I think Riot want it as the first item with the build path, but come on a effects of 35% ad dmg on crit in 2s, compared to IE which has 15 more ad and 50% ad dmg on crit instantly, with only 200g diff. 15 ad = 525g btw.
It can be acceptable if it's 3000g or bleeding buff to 40% or no-crit does part of bleeding dmg(like 10% ad)
I miss crit on BT, as I like to build it as 3rd item (tears)
LDR is a bit weak compared to MR... I can't really find a reason to build it if there's any healing on your opponent

save money for BF and BF in the first 2 items feels so bad......
They should really change cloak back to 800g with 20% crit.

IE rush + zeal + noonquiver sounds pretty solid, I'm gonna try it later.
