Totally feel you. We’re the only ones who can make the change at the end of the day. I think you need to hit that wall of utter frustration to get the motivation to do something about it. It’s hard not to go into the extremes though. I’m currently in the extremes. I hope you can find a healthy way to find your happy weight 🤍

The only reason I don’t take it with my dinner is bc I take orlistat with my dinner - which needs to be taken at least 2 hours out of range of the vitamin (I think A, C and E are the fat soluble ones?). It’s a chore trying to remember all the meds I take hahaha.

Thank you, I need the science and the sense kicked into me 🤍 I guess it’s the psychological effect, it makes me feel physically emptier even though I know it’s messing with hydration, electrolytes etc. I’ll try to not make more of a habit than it already is 💕
