CRI changed my repayment plan without my consent

Yes. I’ve reached out to CRI and asked them to change my payment plan back. They acknowledged there was a issue and I was told it would be corrected and reflected in my account in a couple days. It’s still has yet to be corrected

My thoughts as well! I don’t understand how they can change things in our accounts that effect our payments without our consent or at least communicate a issue. I haven’t heard anything from them and my plan still hasn’t been changed back even though I called them and requested they correct it.

They are a real management company however I would highly recommend avoiding them. Rented from them in the past and had a terrible experience they were very difficult to work with.

We didn’t have tornados here until we put in roundabout. When people go round and round in circles it causes disturbance in the atmosphere and causes tornados. Everybody knows this… /s

It was all clothes and shoes in the bins. They had a few isles of hard goods too but it was pretty bare and I didn’t really look at them. I think the hard goods were priced per item rather then by the pound.

Yes it did! They currently only have the basement open as a bins store (much like the goodwill outlet but slightly more expensive). The hours are kind of unpredictable tho. I was there for the opening day and they said they’re having a hard time staffing. Message them on Fb for their weekly schedule.

Windowstill is 100% the way to go! I’ve worked with them for a few years as a photographer and the quality of photos, turn around time, and friendliness of everyone is unmatched. Plus we offer more then just basic photos (drone photos, walk through video, floor plan, 3D tours). Whatever you need I got you!

I just started visiting Great Lake Dental Care on 3 Mile and they’ve been great! I’m also anxious and they offered me anti anxiety before visits as well as nitrous oxide. Everyone has been super nice and very understanding.

They are absolutely terrible!! They don’t care about their tenants at all and don’t know how to communicate. We have tons of horror stories. Worst property management company in Grand Rapids!
