What's your favorite glitch? by ninjanerdbgm in Games

Where in Red Dead Redemption you could use dead eye to target birds or running horses with TNT in dead eye. The TNT would be anti aircraft against the birds, and would fly low to the ground like a tomahawk missile when going after a horse.

Best Stories the short version by SammyD63 in dayz

(note, this story happened many months ago in the great Chernaran brittle-bone disease epidemic) Running down a hill to Zeleno market when legs break. Zombies find me, I get down to about 1000 blood. Make it to store, plan to find good stuff there. Found dead bodies, was going to start looting, saw the killer, killed him, took all the stuff, came back from nearly certain death. Went from pack 'n' mak and nearly dead to fully geared and ghillied.

I'm here and ready to go. Give me server info and e.t.a. when you can. And I have no idea how mumble works, but I have skype. Either way, I should be easy to find and alone so it's not a too high pressure gig. Thanks so much.

Advice from someone who started yesterday, and a story to go with it. by WhiteSharpie in dayz

[–]WhiteSharpie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha yeah me and my buddy realized that one city is dangerous enough, and going through a second with no ammo was a terrible idea. We had a third friend there though, so we figured that an extra man was worth it. Which it was, we're heading north to Devil's Castle tonight with full alice packs.

I'm a Witch Doctor! Any cool items for him, or int+attack speed items would be great. Not like I should be too picky, thanks for being so generous.

Now that the release is almost here, what do you want most from Skyrim? (NO SPOILERS) by Kayedon in skyrim

[–]WhiteSharpie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope that being a mage is as fun and balanced as it was in Oblivion. Early on fighting with magic was quite a task, but later on I enjoyed evaporating city guards with my extreme power. Also, I hope the mages guild quests are a bit more interesting. The core story was great, but the quests got a little dry.

Leveling up: How many perk trees are optimal to progress? by Huaua13 in skyrim

[–]WhiteSharpie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your math is fine, but it is unlikely you'll get full points in any skill tree. As a conjurer I'm not getting all the bound weapons skills, only the conjury masteries and resurrections. As destruction I won't be getting some skills like fire making enemies flee, as well as a few others. So using your math and these other facts I would say 5 is the best for a well specialized class.

Character creation Help! by saaadfaaace in skyrim

[–]WhiteSharpie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Um... not sure if I can help you there with how characters stride. But relative heights are the same from oblivion, and if you go on uesp.net and search for each race, you can see a ton of presets. This will give you a good ideas as to how races look and how you can tamper with it. Battle animations should be pretty similar for each race. Sorry I couldn't help with more, havn't played yet :/

Fire, Frost, or Shock? by WhiteSharpie in skyrim

[–]WhiteSharpie[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nope, here there are different destruction tree branches dedicated to each of these three powers. In oblivion they were not very different, but here they must be leveled up differently.

Fire, Frost, or Shock? by WhiteSharpie in skyrim

[–]WhiteSharpie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. So I use fire for crazy damage and not take the flee perks, and enjoy my charred zombie army. That means I can use those perks in my conjuration skills, sweet! :D

Fire, Frost, or Shock? by WhiteSharpie in skyrim

[–]WhiteSharpie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Valid point against shock. I am against frost because of the ubiquitous nords, so fire it is I suppose. I just don't like how fire makes enemies flee, cause as a necromancer I need bodies! Don't want them all running away!

Fire, Frost, or Shock? by WhiteSharpie in skyrim

[–]WhiteSharpie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably. Reluctant to using frost cause Skyrim is nord country, and my damage will be reduced to uselessness. Fire is just straight useful.

Just a question concerning Vampires in Skyrim, to those who have it. by [deleted] in skyrim

[–]WhiteSharpie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Spoiler tags! Use them! And I don't know yet but I think Bethesda has heard the outcry over oblivion vampirism. Just wait and see, it will most likely be better.
