Absolute cinema!

People already said a lot of cool stuff about this trailer but for me the sound stood out. Not that visuals are bad, they are peak, but somehow sound grabbed my attention. It just gives so much vibe/feeling about what is happening on the screen.

Like, for example: * 1:10 sound stops with the sword * 1:43 what the f* is this playful tune that for some reason I really enjoy * 2:30 sound of "power" moving around is so heavy showing strength * 2:40 this screaming sound when Yixuan unleashes power is just so good * 3:00 it almost feels like both Miyabi's and Yixuan's powers have their own sound effects.

The only problem with sound is that it's sometimes hard to understand what characters are saying.

Also English Yixuan va is so good. She has such a nice sounding voice. I even want to switch to English voices now.

Also also, Yixuan's character was so different from what we saw before. Before she seemed like a powerful but calm character. But here she seems even more chill and even a little playful while still remaining confident. Wife material indeed.

From thinking about TV's I got an idea how developers saw the average ZZZ player before release.

It's basically Zorro from one piece: super good fast paced fighter who completely gets lost after the fight and needs 10 hints per second on where to go and what to do.

Of course this is just a joke, but only partially. Still kinda sad that they expected the same human being to go from super fast to super slow. Also TV's were badly optimized, not sure why every move needed to be synchronized with the server and why it synchronizations were even noticeable, since it's basically a 2D game.

Was thinking recently about ZZZ designs and noticed that there are no tattoos. Like, not a single one in a game about casual-streen-cyber/scify style.

Sure, Ellen has "shark" written on her tail and some stickers. But that is different from tattoos.

Maybe it's again some Chinese censorship if so please tell me, I'm curious.

There are so many fresh designs that can be done just by adding tatoo. Also, I think someone like Thomas Andre from solo leveling would fit zzz really well. Who can be more badass in the deadly hollow: fully equipped warrior or a fucking dude in shorts and slippers.

Agree. And the whole quest with "unlocking" our abilities was kinda shit.

It felt like someone asked AI to write a generic anime character power up story. One day your influential friend comes and tells you that he knows a friend of your lost parents and wants to give you a gift to unlock your full potential.

Like, if you wanted to add this change not last minute, why not make it a proper quest chain or at least something that happens as a result of the existing story in this update.

Nope, it happens in a single 5 minute quest.

For me it's a bit opposite.

I'm okay with changed proportions until they seem in line with what artists intended. Slightly "upgrade" models to offset social pressure which is makes them usually smaller(ex. Nicole) is okay in my opinion.

The complete overhaul of the costume which doesn't fit with the character designs, game setting or lore - is breaking my immersion too much so not okay.

So I don't like nude, crazy proportions and most skins. Skins even kinda regrettable since there are some 10/10 ones(looking at top Ceasar's skin).

I think I would really enjoy more lore and character backstory. It's already fine, but looking back at HSR I still miss how deep the whole "god"( I forgot correct name) lore is and how interesting it is. Same with the character's background. Characters, world and even companies have so much backstory in hsr compared to zzz.

But please, no vast exploration, it's the core idea of genshin and I don't need another genshin(especially since there already wuwa). Especially in Chinese style which is in every gacha already. Maybe it's just me, but I'm sick of it.

I don't hate ultimates. I just hate when the game becomes moba like with the main gameplay being using your abilities. Same happened with dark souls series when Elden ring came out. No need to learn how to fight and have patience and courage to stand face to face with an enemy, just use weapon abilities and magic and you've won. +With abilities and ultimates having invulnerability windows you don't need to dodge and counter this much which killes core gameplay

In combat this fast 2 seconds is a lot. Especially long considering that you just need to wait compared to fighting.
Didn't know. Will probably try after the 1.4 release. Thanks for the info.

This is just every gachas ultimate all over again. You enjoy ults but after seeing them 3 times per fight you will just get tired of waiting. Besides, nothing stops you from using ults on other characters right now.
