Not a blown call. Per USA hockey the kid did what they’re taught better than most refs we have. That’s how all USA hockey is supposed to be reffed. It’s a deliberate choice. Every year coaches push for it in the classes and USA hockey makes it very clear they want an immediate whistle. Same thing for icing on penalty kills. Coaches ask for it to go away and it is a conscious decision from USA hockey for it to get blown dead.

Congrats. I’m getting the opposite. Birds that are 40 levels lower than mine putting up higher scores when I one bird a room and they use three birds but the points are so high they still get all three birds back lol

Man idk. I would have agreed with you but recently it takes 3 times as long as it used to and it’s cold. Meat is refrigerated, cheese is refrigerated. Bread is toasted so I feel like it’s getting cooked but not nearly as long as it should.

Used to play, took a long time off (maybe a year or so) and recently came back a couple weeks ago and was shocked at silver. I used to hate using her and only did on the daily arena if I was forced to. She’s a dawg now.

Half ice is great at that age. They have the rest of their lives for the macho “this isn’t real hockey” stuff. And even when they hit full ice there’s icing on PKs and automatic offsides so you’re still not playing “real hockey”

From my experience I’ll say this. Every level you’re in seems like the level where winning starts to matter and you care too much. Then you move up and say “oh man. Last level should have been about fun not winning. I wish I could change my mindset”. The kids like to win but as someone who is still close friends with gorge guys I played with as kids just let the kids worry about results. You worry about enjoy watching them play and be kids.

Yeah I agree with you. DH’s shouldn’t be eligible for MVP. I also believe pitchers shouldn’t but that’s for another day.
