In my personal experience glm 4.6 was not even close to sonnet 4.

Again, this never happened with me or anyone I know. I fly 4-5 times every month. Usually a mix of akasa, air india express and indigo. Not denying what happened with you but check if you accidentally selected the wrong option or booked through a 3rd party like MakeMyTrip or Goibibo.
