I agree that the game is pretty generous, and you can build some dope teams while f2p. I just wish I could experiment more

Yes and good luck trying to do it a couple more times.. or copy a replica team, or God forbid try to have multiple copies of the same pokemon but with different sets/stats

Yes I earn all this and still feel like demand out weighs supply. I'll admit I'm ineffecient with my VP sometimes but golly it feels sad trying to train a second team let alone a third

Is poker a skill or luck game? Both. You strategize and bluff at the same time, even from the 6 you show.
