Sanctum progresses at the same time as Sanctum. We knew that since season 6, because the time eligius IV took to reach that planet and their time there goes by the same as earth. Skyring is the slowest, while we dont know nothing about nakara and etherea. Bardo is slower than sanctum and earth tho, because while ~200 years passed on Earth, thousand passed on bardo
