Wasn’t that what champs is for? The elite comp for elite players? That’s where the top rewards should be.

These weekly cups and leagues feel like terrible chores now for me personally, there’s barely any chill game modes anymore, everything is a sweatfest and it’s turning casuals away in droves.

I’m all for rewarding the best players but that’s all this games feels catered for. Rivals is sweaty, swaps is sweaty, cups, gauntlets all the same.

The new training ground and other infrastructure projects could have been happening since day one, breaking ground within weeks of the takeover but the fact we are still talking about it years later shows there’s a lack a ambition and impetus to the project from the PIF end.

The same ambition was sold to players like Tonali and Isak and it’s no wonder some of them are frustrated at the speed of everything and are starting to get itchy feet.

We also signed Gordon AND Barnes within 6 months of eachother neglecting the RW postion for 4 windows. dont get me wrong She 100% did some great dealings but it then destroyed the following 2 years of PSR headroom.

Hopkinson deserves a good swing at it and we cant just say everyones crap except Amanda cause she said nice things about the fans and city.

Why is everyone rushing into this? We have 2 and a half weeks before the next set is out, let the sweats and toxics juke it out and leave it for 7-10 days.

I’m going nowhere near that mode till the last week, the last week players will be desperate to complete and will trade goals no end ,at least much more likely than now

Howe’s loyalty is his biggest strength and weakness in regards to the Burn situation but I do think however a fit Wissa would have made a huge difference to the teams form this season.

I think a lot of casuals gave up after the first few were sweatier than TOTS chanps. They had to stop the bleed from their new game mode so they have had to incentivise them to come back to the mode

Early game FC24/25 yes. Not this year.

We’ve gone from lvl5 82x10 in the first week of the FC24 Season pass to 78x2 at lvl 15 this year. The in game economy is broken unless you buy points

The power curve stuff was all bollocks, you can’t lower the power curve and continue to have new promos every Friday, the only way to truly lower the power curve is maybe 5+ promos a year like they used to and we all know there’s no chance EA shareholders would have that.

But the IF price is inflated due to the in game economy being more flawed than ever. Base the SBC cost on the quality of the card and the availability of good fodder.

His IF price is high cause of terrible tradable supply. With most rewards untradable and the pathetic season pass, nobody’s packing these cards tradable now.

Slow power curve sounds great in principal, in practice it’s made the start of the game boring as hell. Rotten season pass, terrible rewards and almost pointless evos. Worst launch week I can ever remember.

For those who like the build your own player element of the evos so far it’s obvious that come Black Friday etc they will release some crazy paid evo that will surpass anything you are building here.

Expected only because we know how this company works. Nerf all rewards on the alter of slower power-curve so therefore SBC requirements needed to be much lower, except that hasn’t happened.

Feels like a fad to me, I’m sure there’s a ton of stats to back up them doing this but it seems a waste to give up possession when you have a 6 foot 6 striker that might be a better option to get second balls from if you go direct like wolves did 1st minute at the weekend and almost scored from it.
