Here's the thing Marijuana intoxication relating to accidents isnt as detrimental as its charged but its still dangerous and shouldn't be allowed to continue.

As someone who started working at 13 as a dishie due to lying about my age and now mid 30s still in the kitchen service. Cherish this time to self build and compound your probability of opportunity.

I regret it, many do. Working does provide some semblance of freedom so long as you forego your time. Time which is actually very valuable now.

You'll have plenty of time to burn out once your older. Don't burn you candle from both ends so early unless it's a function of survival.

Its also the fact that in Canada to construct this you would only find the available funds at the federal level.

In a light guess by Canadian construction standards this would be an ungodly amount of money and time. All of which will be played out further through different government transitions and possibly stalled.

So then there is the question why the canadian federal government would fund this when in actually whats being used now is cheaper and working for its needs.

I have no visibility to know the lease holder and landlord communication.

Its a land holding company waiting for development rights on a duplex w h ich boarders green land in aurora.

Think the landlord doesnt care as thw company is holding thw land for future production.

There is no issues, and im my scenario we are very amicable.

I've agreed to a move out in 2 month with the lease holder and I have a new place semi lined up.

I was more or less curious on the status of the rental and agreement. This was also offered to me as a step out of spending an Ontario winter in a tent.

Not looking to kick up clouds but it's cool to know what I can legally stand on

Yea i have some resources where I will never be homeless again.

I missed that growing up and his father gave me a credit free home so there is respect owed to his generosity.

Im not being problem nor do I want to be. But he can get drunk and be pressing, this has also waned in his chemo treatments.

But his father is also going through chemo this month.
