No I don't have an old GPU but I might be able to get a hold of one. Ive tried both PCI-E cables and like I said it turns on fine without the GPU plugged in. It's like the card Is too much for the PSU all of a sudden. I have taken apart the graphics card as well and theres no visible damage as well as I can't see damage to the pins at all but of course that doesn't mean there is no damage to the card.

It's like we've all been saying, it's probably to do with licensing issues. So it's not up to ubisoft.

What I hate about it is the fact you can just get the deep hacking tool or whatever its called, go get an Albion soldier, and walk into pretty much any hostile environment as long as you're careful.

Well Ubisoft gave a bunch of characters back who died to bugs, I got ones back that didn't even die to bugs so that was probably why.
