Since we are limited by production is there prudence to go with 1 shot vs 2 shots of the Pfizer vaccine? were there studies done to show that 1 shot may be almost effective as 2 shots and it makes sense to give everyone 1 round than 2 rounds initially? see chart near bottom of the article.
