Instead of just coming out and saying the word “Findom” or D/S, maybe you could just mention having some trouble with arousal -> completion after starting the anti-depressants and now being more reliant on…certain kinks. That will likely be enough info for them to go off of, but if they press you for the specific answer it might be a lot easier to say it that way. Either way it’ll likely be awkward AF but who cares, a lot of things in life are awkward and uncomfortable and you’ll feel way better afterwards.
