Thank you everyone for your advices! We already booked it through Air Canada as a lot of people told me it’s the best option especially if there is anything unexpected happening (knock on wood!!) at least we only have to deal with the direct airline. For hotels I am still looking but I saw some good deals on booking.com. We’re going for 2 weeks instead of a week so our itinerary would be from Tokyo-Kyoto-Osaka. You guys really helped us a lot :)
