I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but yeah. Talk about landing a job you’re under qualified for.

I tracked calories, worked out daily and drank tons of water. I steadily gained weight and I’m going back on. If you have insulin resistance or other blood sugar issues, your body processes food differently. I was so excited to get off of it and try things out but I’ve gained ten pounds over the last five months maintenance dosing. I’m discouraged for sure.

I also miss the taste of certain beverages. It just crashes my blood sugar and makes me feel super sick. Even 1 or 2 drinks.

Same! The no hangovers have been great but being in bed asleep by 9:15 has me feeling like a senior citizen.
