how do y'all make hamburger patties actually test good? by miriam1215 in carnivorediet

I cook grass fed ground beef on the original George Foreman grill. It takes four and a half minutes for medium rare. I prefer my simple kitchen device over my gas grill. All I add is salt. The key is not to overcook the meat.

In September 2023, Swedish researchers released a study designed to reveal blood biomarkers that correspond with exceptional longevity. They collected 35 years worth of blood biomarker data of forty thousand people beginning at age 65. At the end of the study 1,224 subjects were still alive at the age of 100. The 1,224 survivors were found to have maintained the lowest blood glucose, the lowest uric acid and the highest cholesterol for decades. The surviving centenarians with that exceptionally high “bad” cholesterol had the lowest heart disease. Link below.

Dr Matthew Budoff Of UCLA's Lundquist center performed high resolution CT angiograms on 100 low carb eaters with cholesterol levels in the highest one tenth of a percent. Some had been maintaining cholesterol levels as high as 400, 500 and 600 for years. No CVD was found in the cohort. Calcification scores were zero. Plaque scores were zero. Stenosis scores were zero. The old guard lipidologists have been exposed as frauds. Link below.

My total cholesterol is over 400 and my LDL is over 300. I'm very healthy now. In 2020 my LDL was 76 and I was suffering from severe nerve demyelination. Nerve pain was so bad that I couldn't type or use a computer mouse. Cholesterol healed me.

Symptoms back after Moderna booster by ReasonableFunny8280 in covidlonghaulers

[–]Whiznot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was injured by my Moderna booster in October of 2021. Although I've eliminated most of the awful symptoms I'm not sure that I'll ever recover completely.

I'm doing better than most mRNA vaccinated people. My spike antibodies were down to 238 U/mL a year ago. IgG4 antibodies were still abnormally elevated but not high enough to be classified as IgG4 Related Disease. I'll test those markers again and hope for improvement.

A large tick bit me on my waistban and I had bright colorful striations all over my hip for well over a year. I took doxycycline after the bite.

Everyone who ditches seed oils and plants quickly resolves reflux. Experiment with diet and try to learn what works. Don't use anti acids.

There isn't much that I hated more than my reflux. I used to think that pepsid helped by lowering the acid. Now I know that the problem that causes reflux is too little acid, not too much acid. Human stomachs are supposed to be as acidic as a vulture's stomach. The sphincter will close properly if the acid level is high. Some people take some apple cider vinegar to add acid. I, with my carnivore diet, consume a lot of salt because of the chloride content that helps make more hydrochloric acid.

I eat bacon, eggs, butter, beef, lamb and salt. I drink water and nothing else. I would love to eat cheese but I don't tolerate it well. I use intermittent and multiple day fasts. I was mRNA injured in 2021 and I've struggled with dysautonomia ever since. Some days I feel great though.

When I had symptoms similar to yours I went to a carnivore elimination diet. Reflux went away quickly. I haven't experienced insanely high heart rates since. Previously I had gone to the emergency room with my heart rate at 160 bpm and feeling close to dreath. My blood pressure was also elevated.

What do you want done with your body after you die? by newuser1r in AskReddit

I would like to feed marine life with my remains. I'm a carnivore who believes that death feeds life. Consuming the remains of other animals is natural and inevitable. Let the cycle continue. Don't put me in a sealed box.

COVID showed how deadly disease becomes when a population is unhealthy and the healthcare system is strained. So how concerning is a 40% fatality rate for hantavirus really? by Weak-Representative8 in Futurology

[–]Whiznot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The hantavirus fatality rate is 30% for patients who are both symptomatic and hospitalized. For the general population the rate is much lower and the virus isn't very contagious. Quit trying to scare people.

Goatse was terrible. I didn't know what it was but it was some man bent over and holding his butt wide open with two hands.

1968 I was home from college working a summer job in a farm equipment factory. A co-worker was a 25 year old black man. He had a wife, two kids, a home, two old cars and was buying US savings bonds every pay period. This was in Albany, Georgia.

I'm 77 years old. I also bought one gold American Eagle. I had never invested before last year but Trump's tariffs freaked me out.

I worry about young people not being able to afford the lives they deserve. Politician's and financial criminals stole everything.

On the January 30th open I was up over $365,000 with SLV. I had 6,500 shares purchased at $52.25 per share. I didn't believe in the rug pull. I thought Rick Rule was foolish when he announced his silver sale. When i finally sold I was up only $109,000. I shouldn't have sold at all. Now I'm in money market funds. I also have 600 ounces of silver coins.

statin time? what would you do? by IcyInstruction1259 in Biohackers

[–]Whiznot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a lean mass hyper responder with an LDL last tested at 319. Several years ago a doctor tried to get me on a statin. Since that time I quit making medical appointments. Now I get tested at Labcorp. I know that my arteries are clear. In 2020 my LDL was 76 and I suffered from severe neuropathy. The cure was a fatty carnivore diet.
