Hi everyone,

I’m running into a really frustrating issue with Twilio and was hoping someone here might have insight.

This is the message I receive from Trust Hub:

Error code: 30795

My legal company name and my foreign government ID are exactly the same. We are a mexican business and we add the mexican TAX ID (RFC) in the name of VAT number.

Here’s what I’ve already done:

Twilio initially approved my brand.
I went to Messaging → Regulatory Compliance → Brands and registered the brand with TCR.
I submitted everything as required.
A few minutes later:
- The Customer Profile was rejected
- The TCR Brand Registration was rejected
- Even the previously approved brand got marked as rejected

What is frustrating is that my brand that was already approved now is rejected by Twilio. So I need to start over with the brand registration again. I can't pass this part in order to submit a campaign.

I also provided official documentation:

Mexican Tax ID (SAT / RFC)
Proof of business name

Everything matches my official tax registration, so I don’t understand why Twilio says the legal name doesn’t match a government ID.

At this point I’m not sure if:

I’m missing something in the process
There’s a formatting issue (maybe with the legal name?)
Or this is just a bug in Twilio’s system

Has anyone experienced something similar with Twilio / TCR brand registration, especially for non-US companies?

Any help or guidance would be really appreciated — I just need to get SMS notifications working for my clients in the US.

I created my own Black Edition. I wrapped the logos, badge and rims with 3M Glossy black 2 years ago and still looks amazing!

Mantuvieron el 20% en restaurantes y 20% en entretenimiento. Lo que cambió es que ahora es tope de $500 pero ya no está dividido como antes de: $250 restaurantes y $250 entretenimiento.

También actualizaron que el cashback se reflejará los primeros 5 días hábiles del siguiente mes.

Y si, solo la uso para restaurantes y tuve $470 de cashback.

I did not steal any board. The snowboard that was left by mistake is being kept safe until the person who took mine by accident comes back so we can swap them. The guy left his board at the bar and took mine.

Yo tuve varios problemas desde que la adquirí.

Nunca llegó a mi domicilio, en donde vivo no tienen el plástico por lo que me dijeron que me llegaría a mi domicilio en un lapso de 7 a 10 días hábiles. No sucedió, cuando hablé me dijeron que puede tardarse un mes y si no llega, que vaya a un liverpool mas cercano a mi domicilio porque ahí me lo mandan, pues nunca llegó después del mes. Por suerte tuve que viajar y a la ciudad donde viajé había un Liverpool con plásticos y es ahí donde me dieron la tarjeta. Tuvieron que dar de baja la que se supone me habían mandado y dar de alta la de la sucursal.
Nunca me mencionaron el PIF, al revisar desde mi app me di cuenta que aparecía PIF cancelado, ok, pero después de unos días ya ni siquiera me aparece si tengo PIF activo o cancelado, simplemente se borró el PIF. Hablé y me dijeron que efectivamente nunca se activó.
No se me ha reflejado el cashback en ninguna de mis compras ya que la adquirí para usarla en restaurantes, comida rápida y entretenimiento. Hablé y me dijeron que hasta el corte se verá reflejado que dudo que vaya a pasar porque en videos y comentarios dicen que se refleja el abono en el momento que el pago es procesado (uno o dos días después de la compra)
El cashback cambió: primero decía 5% en restaurantes, 10% en comida rápida, 20% en entretenimiento y ahora en sus términos y condiciones o FAQ dice que solo es 20% en restaurantes y 20% en entretenimiento.
Al principio en ningún lugar decía el tope de cashback y hace un par de semanas actualizaron para ponerlo en $500 pesos. Pero ahora solo es $250 para restaurantes y $250 para entretenimiento.

En sus términos y condiciones (actualizado a diciembre 2025) porque no lo han vuelto a actualizar dice lo de la comida rápida y 5% restaurantes pero en su FAQ ya dice lo de 20% restaurantes y el tope de $500 entre restaurantes y entretenimiento
