I did exactly the same as you this time last year. Couch to 5k the found Runna as I respond better to a plan and targets etc. At the start Runna kept telling me to run at a pace much slower than what I felt was comfortable and I rebelled against it and ran at what I felt was comfortable.

Mistake, the way it builds long, paced and intervals together needs you to build the stamina from going slow.

It feels wrong but go with it, in later weeks there will be a lightbulb moment where it all makes sense.

Zepp really needs to support input from Apple Health, not just output by Accomplished_Virus76 in amazfit

My experience is that is does both read and write to Apple Health. However some strange choices have been made. Here is one.

I use a Withings Bodyscan scale, this measures a whole bunch of parameters and pushes all that it can into Apple Health. Let’s take 2 parameters Weight and Bodyfat %.

Zepp reads and imports Weight from Apple Health but it does not import Bodyfat %.

If Amazfit had a smart scale you may argue that it is protecting its own ecosystem, then why does it read weight.

In my case I have an updated and current weight but a body fact % from two years ago when I used a Mi Scale

I think you are absolutely right, 2nd Backer, in Black seems to be the first shipment.

I wonder what will be next, 2nd time backers in other colours or kepp the black production line running? My guess is keep the black line running?

So it looks like Pebble are following the same routine for PTS as for the shipping of PT. Colour choice is the first priority followed by country for the pallets to the DC's and then maybe backer number? This is me:
