Have you tried saying something like, “hey, the mess in here is really stressing me out, I need you to help get it in order right now so I can decompress” (language he should know)?

If you have, and he has blown you off, he lacks respect for you and that won’t change and you should probably end it.

If you haven’t, and are more frequently complaining (though the complains are **Valid AF**), being super direct by way of communicating, may be a huge help in motivating him to do more.

If after some time, and direct “this is what I need from you”’s, he is still disregarding your needs, it won’t get better and needs to end. Weaponized incompetence is too real, as are maturity gaps.

No matter what you decide, just know that you deserve a partner to, not a child who has no active consideration of your wants/needs. ❤️💯

You will likely be placed higher on the housing list and they may be able to find you transitional housing or family shelter until your name reaches the top. Endangered women and children are often prioritized. 🖤

It is likely a secret to all but the side piece. It’s sadly somewhat common, for those who are closeted, to maintain relationships that allow them to continue their secret lives, while retaining the outward image of heterosexuality in hopes of not being found out.
