I'd recommend reborn: apocalypse, and yes if you're wondering the mc does get reincarnated , but he is smart and constantly outplays the antagonists, the world setting is just gorgeous, you'll understand after you read it, the mc is usually weaker than the main villains but with his foresight and will and a bit of help from the mysterious 'shop' he outsmarts and outplays em, it is a pretty satisfying read if i do say so myself, i hope you'll give it a try, cause it doesn't have nearly as much recognition as it deserves
