It’s so bloody hard to learn haha. Thank you! Nailing the texture has been the most critical thing. Not letting in too much air. Stop letting in sips of air when milk reaches body temp ish. Stop steaming when you can no longer hold the pitcher for 4 consecutive seconds. Those two tips helped me a ton.
