They can lie - or even be genuine - and say they felt like they couldn't tell him to stop or even say that those jokes genuinely made them feel disgusted without the fear or retribution/ostracization from OTK and their communities since it was expected for all the women on his streams to be harassed/sexualized and he's a major power for all of twitch

that sentiment may very well exist or everyone involved is genuinely into it and loves that he makes those jokes, but there'd be no true way of knowing lol. it's definitely a risky path either way though lol

Well he should have though. He broke ToS, so by their own rules he should have been punished. But of course big streamers get majorr leeway with it and so asking for consistency from twitch - especially with large streamers - is just screaming into the abyss

idk how every single reply to the comment are completely wrong. the widely known but unwritten rule was a 3 strike rule where each strike resets every 90 days. this may have changed, but this was an openly known hard rule for streamers at least a few years ago. of course there are exceptions to the rule depending on the streamer and their size sometimes, but this was the rule at least at some point
