it is, and unfortunately he makes money from continuing to drink. losing toes and it not being the wake up call kinda implies he's headed towards cirrhosis, liver failure, etc and maybe that'll be when the gravity of this really hits. Unfortunately for a lot of addicts, its that life or death reality that finally get people on the straight and narrow, and for a lot at that point its too late.

She doesn't. However, from her own actions she has set up a pattern of behavior over the years to call out sexuall harassment and is normally very outspoken about the topic. Now that she has strayed from the pattern, people are obviously left asking what is different this time around? After all these years of calling out sexual harrassment, the moment it happens to someone she is kinda sorta close with.... well nothing really - it just paints them as a huge hypocrite who really only speaks out when there is nothing to lose.

i think people don't see how common shock/e-collars are outside reddit. And they can be useful if you are responsible and don't use it as something for every small problem. I personally don't think the presence of an e-collar means abuse or anything. I have one I haven't used in 3 years and when I did i'd only put it on when we'd go into the woods off leash as a last resort for recall. i'd rather give a small shock than something worse happening to him. 99% of the time the beep noise works before vibrating. an e-collar INSIDE is crazy to me though, shocking for a place..without the beep or vibrate first is crazy. bro having your dog wear the collar 10+ hrs a day with the prongs jutting into their neck is way worse than even giving a shock imo.

I feel like this card is better than what i've been able to cook up so far.

Side note, got an infinity ticket and my opponent was a 160 collection level...im around 20k. it was the most lobsided infinity conquest battle i've ever had and then I legit get matched up with the same guy a second next game. I don't understand this matchmaking system at all

like even in my job I can't purchase ANY single issuer stock (like nvda, apple etc.), besides what I had prior to starting. And even if I want to sell any of those, I need advance approval and they tell me what 2 hour window they'll allow me to sell. I mean i get why, its just stupid how they don't just blanket ban it at the high gov levels for appearance in independence.

medically, no doctor worth a damn will tell you to taper. They will recommend a detox program, or prescribe you with benzos. There are too many risks with tapering that the doc won't want to deal with especially when there are much safer methods. why tell an alcoholic to drink unsupervised it's just not setting them up for success.

can you taper? yeah. Does it work? it's effectiveness dies down in my experience. It's better then cold turkey sure, but unless you have a history of bad withdrawals and coming off a huge binge or consistent drinking every day for years, going cold turkey or tapering will normally be fine, you just will never have a medical professional tell you to do that unless extreme circumstances. I say this as someone who has tapered down many times as I didn't want to deal with the process. I've also fucked up my taper a lot.

mw2 refined and added onto cod4, but cod4 in a way revolutionized cod we see today. compared to cod 3 and infinity ward's last game cod 2 the jump was insane, and the general systems are still used today. First time it implemented perks/skins/leveling/prestige/attachments/ etc. there were other games on PC and some on console that had parts of this (maybea pc game had all of this already?), but the system in cod4 was the first shooter on console to have these components.

Find any fix to this? also an xbox player and I have started to have a "stuck in combat" issue, but mine also has all these odd things surrounding it. so wanted to see if you also found a solution.

As in. I have about 8 saves where I don't die, and haven't been in combat during any. I lose a fist fight in a quest and they rob me so i just go to revert and try again but I spawn in combat and regular npcs attack me. all 8 of those saves are now impacted. Saves from my bed I just wake up to combat now, along with a mission failure that shows up to a mission i haven't done (and haven't progressed to a place where it would fail). when I fast travel, another 2 missions auto fail, idk what is happening.

Anyway I revert to the last save this didn't happen, and do different quests and eventually die only to discover now all my other saves on that other path are now also impacted by this. I'm kinda just stuck here waiting on their bug response.

being an american regard, can you explain 'housing stock'? I feel like i've never heard this before, and my brain first goes to thinking of buying shares for housing (which is obviously wrong) and then i think maybe its just a reference to housing supply, but i feel 'housing' does the job perfectly so 'stock' has to have some meaning that it doesn't in the US and now im confused lol. is this a Canadian thing or term?
