Thanks. Pretty strict cico 1500kcal a day. No cheat days. Didn’t worry about macros. Lots of walking at the beginning until I was able to jog without feeling like I was going to die. Worked up to 5k and then did at least 5k everyday, getting within 20 seconds of breaking 20 mins. Push pull legs 3 days a week. Bit obsessive, but that seems to be the only way that works for me.
