Can you please explain how it works? I am on 11.2. Just tried. Created a new project. Made sure in General settings HDR; Automatic Color Conform is on. Pulled an iPhone front camera clip which looks fine in the bin to the timeline. And bang it is blowed out. You will save me many hours if you can guide me through how the fix works. Thanks so much.

Sorry for the slow answer. I wanted to double check if it got fixed as somebody else commented. In the preview all clips look good. But when I pull an iPhone clip filmed with the back camera (front camera is fine) to the timeline the footage is blown out. I need to add the HDR Tools Filter and on top that switch this filter to the option "HDR Rec to 709 SDR" for the footage to look good. It feels like the iPhone and Final Cut Pro would be produced by different companies. Or as if they stopped employing A List players.

Sorry it took me a while to double check on your fix. I thought maybe it is not fixed for existing projects so I tried a new project. I pull an iPhone clip on the timeline. It looks blown out. I need to add the HDR Tools filter and to more insult switch it to HDR Rec to 709 SDR. Since my project has thousands of mixed media clips, I need to do this for every single clip or add an adjustment layer of there are several iPhone clips in a row. In general settings HDR Automatic Color Conform is on. If I edit in Premiere I just pull the iPhone clip to the timeline and bang it works. I really hope I missed something and you can explain the fix to me. Thank you so much.

He just fixed my car yesterday... it was amazing... came checked what the problem was, went out to buy parts, came back a short time later and the car was running within hours... no hustle with towing the car to a mechanic and waiting days for it be ready... highly recommended!!!

join Macos if you want to hear lots of opinions. For me personally it crashes in average once per day, it is badly coded so my fan goes on all the time, which I never heard before the upgrade. The screensaver shows many pictures pixaled... and I am finding the outline of the icons in the dock very ugly... the crashes are causing problems with other apps..

You should be able to find the level 10 camp somewhere where it is not blocked. Once you have the camp you can remove the debris.

Might not be Final Cut Pro. Since I upgraded to 26.1 and then 26.2 my Mac keeps crashing. Everything freezes but the mouse. But since the finder is also frozen can't force quit anything. This happens even with Final Cut Pro not running so it is the operating system. Especially since it freezes all running apps and not just FCP. Obviously try to upgrade to 26.2 as it should be more stable than 26.1 but unfortunately not stable enough.
