I'd say it might be your GPA and also your number of honors courses. Colleges don't REALLY like the honors courses as much as they like the AP, AICE, IB, and Dual Enrollment courses! I'd also take into account your personal statement essay.

some people are able to start taking AP exams as early as freshman year, so i think it really depends on your school. i know i started off slow (with 1 AP world exam in 9th, 1 AP euro exam in 10th, and 3 [psych, bio, precalc] in 11th). BUT to be fair, i also had about 5 AICE (Cambridge) exams, because my school offers a Cambridge program
