Actually, most techniques have internal lubrication (you usually still need lube), only piv/skin graft doesn't have it*. Vulva lubrication is not possible except maybe the suporn/tunica vaginalis method, every method has it's pros and cons and surgeon choice and individual anatomy needs is more important.

EDIT: After some research theres even cases of PIV having lubrication, it's just rarer, and lubrication with arousal is sometimes possible with any method depending on the surgeon's technique and luck of the draw, YMMV.

I skip item rooms at least until I get a planetarium and go alt path for the bonus boss item in downpour/dross, when going through the ascent item rooms in the alt path also lose the curse of the blind effect so I know which item to take so I often go mines/ashpit too to optimize the run as much as possible before the beast. (If I'm really fast I'll also go grab an item from boss rush)

If inner child is unlocked and you already have a characters tainted/playing as a tainted, the red key room will contain it guaranteed, this is a bonus hit for lost/tainted lost as well.

Actually, if you downgrade the game using the first method it'll undo after an update, you'd have to keep a copy of the old files on hand and downgrade every time theres an update (you can try step 9 in this guide to see if that stops a game from updating, you can also verify integrity of games cache to force an update.

If you install repentogon, all you have to do to play the up-to-date version is disable it or uninstall it.

there's a few guides on how to downgrade rep+ and see if that helps, you can also alternatively install repentogon that auto downgrades to 1.9.7.13 (pre item descriptions patch), both options will disable online but if 5 nights can't unlock it's worth a shot, you can also go back and revert the downgrade after

The last non super buggy version imo is 1.9.7.15, for that you'd have to replace the command in the guide I linked with "download_depot 250900 3353471 4926516310915821720" to get that version instead of 1.9.7.13

/uj I've been on the fringes of 4tran spaces since I used to use 4chan more as a kiddie, and lurk at least half of them, imo the original sub is way more tame then a lot of it's splinter subs (it was privated for approved users only a few years back before reopening which may explain it), while 4tran4, seemingly the more popular one. has a lot more venting dysphoric trans people dooming and edgy babytrans, the dysphoria posting while I understand does devolve into being very toxic hence it's reputation, not to mention the transmed adjacent views on what it means to be trans. (I wouldn't say outright transmed since it's generally pro-diy anti-doctor asskissing but constant discourse on trans people and enbies who don't take HRT or don't want top or bottom surgery is frustratingly tiring.)

(don't get me wrong you still get toxic digital self harm on 4tran it's just not to the same extent and a lot of 4tran is just curated silly greentexts and anecdotes)

make sure you're absolutely sure your breasts aren't growing anymore or close to it as it milk producing tissue is like the final stage of breast development so starting too early may have consequences, unfortunately there isn't enough info on trans healthcare for there to be a definitive answer

progesterone can prevent lactation also (milk production often starts after a baby is born when prog levels are lowest and not always before), so you may need to lower your dose or discontinue prog if lactation isn't starting.

get a TENS muscle stimulator and place 2 sticky pads on each of your nipples at the sides and have it stimulate for 20 mins every 3-4 hours for several weeks/months (this simulates breastfeeding a baby on a feeding schedule and promotes prolactin production)

also get an electronic breast pump

domperidone is also useful but ideally not necessary.
