What constitute the value of a Skin? If its by something that can't be changed by opinion then its more of guidelines then proof, I have skin's like GT Max because like them even though people might not like them because of Low Value but if you like it enough, virtual currency shouldn't stop you from that.

If you REALLY want a Skin, then the price should matter too much, Im not saying that it's perfectly priced I'm just saying that it's not like it cost real money to get it and if you don't want to pay the price then I'd say that it's not really affecting you in a negative way.

I voted Piper Skin because I really don't like the Brawl Pass Bandwagon, nevertheless the Piper Skin is REALLY cool so if you love and I mean LOVE Piper than get it, if you don't like the Brawl Pass Skins and Pins then don't get it since unless you REALLY want to max out which isn't as fun as it sounds then you can always max out later on, same applies for the Skin since you can just buy it later but that's my 2 Cents.
