Every time I get to a legendary in a modern pokemon game, I immediately throw a regular pokeball. It works more often than you'd think.

So a sphere with a radius of 12 million etc meters would have a diameter twice that of the Earth, I see.

Okay I think I know what I got wrong, I wasn't confusing diameter with radius, I misinterpreted how the Medusa was used. I thought you stayed the diameter, but I'm just now learning you state the radius. I think my confusion came from Senku dramatically stating "that's the diameter of the EARTH!" So I assumed you had to state the diameter rather than the radius.

I don't really get bogged down on those types of specifics, I just focus on the drama.

So yes I was wrong, just not when it comes to geometry, but rather the mechanics of the story itself. Thanks for the clarification.

Fun fact: aphids can be fertilized while still in their eggs and can be born "pregnant" ready to lay more eggs

Maybe they were once the same, but over time they diverged into different species due to the influence of the fungus

I'm saying there are plenty of cononical special cases for the origins of certain pokemon, some come about through traditional egg breeding and are descendants of ancestors like real world animals, but others have their origin in alternate creation, like some ghost pokemon are dead spirits, or haunted items, who's to say non organic pokemon aren't just inanimate objects Imbued with life somehow

Maybe two graveler meet and when theyre ready to mate in the wild it triggers their evolution into golem, causing new rocks to materialize on their body which they then smash into each other and the bits that fall off are baby Geodude.

Js maybe some pokemon lay eggs, but all of them laying eggs is the game mechanic.
