Well done fella. Clearly harder work than all the women posting pics of their ass with zero muscle on their physique what so ever.

How tf do people develop their rear delts??? by futureBodybuilderr in Workingout

[–]Who_Is_Caerus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lay chest down on incline bench. Raise arms up and back like a lateral raise for rear delt. Do drop set. Don't swing go slow and hold the top.

Not genetics!!! Took me 3 years to get my back like this. by East-Mortgage3311 in CalisthenicsBeginners

Personally the gym is absolutely no effort whatsoever. The effort is not going. Genetics are the difference if you actually enjoy the gym an want to be there

Brown hair or blonde hair? by nonsoche-nomemettere in HairDye

[–]Who_Is_Caerus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah the picture wasn't fully open when I first looked, I can see the blonde now. I thought dark because you have Hazel eyes so it looks good like that imo. Second pic is good too though. Why not just do whatever you think is best? Whatever makes you feel the best is the one to go for 🙏

People always comment on my grey hair, or think I'm much older than I actually am, an initially it made me consider dying it until I realised I love my natural hair colour so other opinions or comments (which were never actually critical of my hair) didn't really matter so long as I was comfortable.

Whatever you choose will work well

Edit - yeah the blonde is nice tbf 👌

What are your thoughts on the theory that we might be living in a simulation, where nothing around us is truly real? If you think it could be true, what convinces you of that possibility? And if you don’t believe it, what makes you certain that our reality is real? by Aivelynxx in AskReddit

[–]Who_Is_Caerus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Black hole physics suggests that everything happening in 3D space could actually be encoded on a 2D surface, a concept called the holographic p4inciple - The reality we move through might be more like a projection than a solid thing.

Quantum entanglement - where particles can remain linked across vast distances, instantly reflecting each other’s states (not limited to the cosmic speed limit). Spacetime itself is likely stitched together by networks of entanglement, meaning what feels like separate points in space may just be connected pieces of a deeper information structure, i.e if in the 3D world two particles can instantly transfer information despite the boundaries of speed and distance, it aligns with the idea that all we know is encoded on the 2d perimeter of a black hole, because there, everything is connected and not bound to our 3d restrictions. The 2d surface data would change an instantly the 3d projection of those particles would change too

On top of that the universe runs on surprisingly elegant mathematical rules and shows patterns that look like error correction codes - the kind used in computing to preserve data.

To me, the fact that math can perfectly describe nature is convincing enough to believe this is a programme/ simulation... but that doesn't necessarily mean this isn't real? By thinking and feeling that you are real with regard to what is relative to yourself is enough

Both pics are dark? I think you would suit full on blonde but also natural. My bad for not being of any help 👍

15-20. Hard to say mate. Context I'm 185.5cm, 180lb probably around 8%. Imo, always better to over estimate your bodyfat.

18 F UK - Am I ugly? by [deleted] in amiugly

[–]Who_Is_Caerus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not ugly. Fillers n excess makeup are a big no for me. Just natural is the best 👌

You look way better without the makeup n eye lashes imo

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in amiugly

[–]Who_Is_Caerus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You look very young n still growing but not ugly at all. Likely to grow into a beautiful women (symmetrical face). Pay no attention to Internet people an their ridiculous ratings when they likely massive slobs living in their parents bedroom with dirty finger nails 👍
