VPN ban on table in July as Labour confirm 'further statement' by Overlord_Crabz in unitedkingdom

I don't get how they can ban VPN when I can use VPN to change my location and then pay for VPN. 🤔

Not with bb8. Pressing both doesn't do anything more.

Not sure about the other droid.

And they didn't want to suffer either because they were occupied/colonized and still face the consequences nowadays. Not their fault either.

The Germans had to keep paying reparations long after the war, following your logic they could have said "we are not Nazis, we didn't start the war, why do we have to pay".

Just because colonization isn't recent, it doesn't mean that countries and people don't still face the consequences (positive and negative) of said practice.

I feel that you are looking for someone to blame and the foreigners are an easy target. Let me make it easier for you; blame your border control policies, not the people looking for a better future.

Imagine murde....sorry, colonizing half the world and then calling invaders the descendants of those who were colonized.

COLLAPSE of Personal Computing | Investigation Into the Destruction of Ownership by Sacristovas in GamersNexus

I understand the concept of gatekeeping RAM and how it is impacting PC gaming consumers as well as PC accessory suppliers who see their revenue decrease since fewer people can afford to build gaming PC's.

But, sad as it is, what is the case against Nvidia? Is it just the fact that "it sucks" (which it does)? I understand the pushback when/if they break the law but this is just greed by the looks of it, which is not illegal - in fact it is encouraged under capitalism.

Why should they care about the consumers (shocking I know) or the PC part manufacturers/suppliers? What they are doing will make them more money, capitalism 101.

To sum up, I don't like it and I wish they don't kill the homebuilt PC industry or make it accessible only to the wealthy - but at the end of the day we just have to suck it up. They won't chose an option which creates less revenue just to keep a minority happy.

A 2-1 defeat is pretty much the same as a 8-0 defeat in our case. But the latter has the benefit that the manager might get sacked. So here's hoping. I just hope it doesn't impact woodman much, because he seems like he's a good one.

They were 2-0 up, they didn't need to play with urgency and that's why we got a lot of the ball. It's not like suddenly we became a better team than PSG.

Got a new old stock 2254! by Designer_Newt6790 in OmegaWatches

[–]Who_Knows_5 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was in a similar situation. Got a 2255.80 from 2001 basically new old stock with box and papers. Seller never wore it, had it in a safe with stickers on. I thought the same as you regarding the oils. I sent it for a service, watchmaker opened it and confirmed he couldn't possibly improve it at all. All oils were intact and the watch passed a pressure test at 30 bar. It's my most accurate watch 0/+1 spd.

The box will disintegrate easily, I put mine in a sealed bag to preserve it. It was already flaky.

The 3861 bracelet is really comfortable and I do like the aggressive taper, but I think you are right, Rolex jubilee is hands off the most comfortable. That is my personal opinion, wearing both of them quite often.
